Lee Godfrey’s appointment as a director is a boon for multi-channel communications specialist Paragon Luxembourg, a little over two years after the business celebrated its official launch in the grand duchy at its offices and production plant in Contern.
“Lee’s wealth of experience is a perfect match for Paragon’s needs and ambitions,” said managing director of Paragon Customer Communications (Luxembourg) Lorna Glynn. “His appointment further highlights our investment and commitment to introducing digital technologies. We are excited to see how his appointment will enhance and develop the digital services we provide.”
Indeed, Godfrey has more than 30 years’ experience, much of it in the Luxembourg fund industry. He arrived in the grand duchy to join Kneip’s executive committee in 2008 and became CEO in 2017. In 2019 Godfrey was appointed MD Western Europe for Intertrust, managing a workforce of over 1,200. Then, in January 2022 he became CEO of Kurtsoys, a leading provider of digital reporting tools.
Since launching in Luxembourg, Paragon has been providing in-country, in-house, end-to-end production, including the secure digital delivery of regulatory compliant communications for businesses across Europe, including for asset and wealth management companies and transfer agents.
“Our success over the last year comes from our vast experience within the financial services sector, together with our unparalleled levels of service delivery, quality achievement and innovation,” says Glynn.
The company also prides itself in assisting clients in meeting ESG targets and is itself a leader in green credentials. Internationally, in 2021 Paragon Customer Communications was awarded EcoVadis Platinum status (it had achieved Gold status for 2019 and 2020), placing it within the top 1% of companies assessed for sustainability performance.
