HRCommunity.lu, a federating player in HR in Luxembourg, is launching a unique cycle on AI applied to human resources. The aim: to decipher its issues, create debate, and build a shared vision of the challenges ahead.

An independent community serving HR

Since its creation, HRCommunity.lu has established itself as a unique platform for meetings, exchanges and reflection for HR professionals in Luxembourg.

Independent and supported by a volunteer and passionate board of directors, the association brings together members from all sectors, in a spirit of openness and collaboration.

His mission: inspire its members and create a community of sharing and transmission for all human resources professionals. An ambition driven by the authenticity of collective commitment, where everyone contributes by sharing their skills and best practices.

Events to fuel reflection

Throughout the year, HRCommunity.lu organises a packed programme: rythm of conferences, round tables and themed meetings, directly linked to HR news in Luxembourg. These events are often hosted by members of the association, who share their expertise, feedback and thoughts on the major issues of the day.

This diversity of approaches is what makes each event unique. It's a real strength. It's a real strength.

The association also co-organised a roundtable discussion on "The Future of Work in Luxembourg" in the presence of Minister Georges Mischo, illustrating its role as a bridge between the HR community and public decision-makers.

"This diversity of approaches is what makes each event unique. We bring together complementary viewpoints and share ideas. It's a real strength," stresses Kristel Wiliquet, Payroll Managed Services Director - Head of Operations at SD Worx, a member of the HRCommunity.lu Board of Directors and Events Division.

AI, a new field for collective exploration

In 2025, HRCommunity.lu is opening a cycle of events dedicated to artificial intelligence in HR. Each session will explore a different facet of this fast-growing subject.

Each session will be treated from a different prism: general aspect, legal aspect, scientific or practical aspect, all of course linked to human resources.

"AI is shaking up our HR reference points. It deserves a proper period of analysis, far from simplistic rhetoric. That's what we want to offer with this cycle", explains Michael Labarsouque, HR Director at ING Luxembourg, who is also a member of the Board of Directors and the Events Pole.

The formats mix inspirational talks, expert debates and feedback from the field. The aim is to help professionals position themselves with discernment, understand the opportunities but also the risks, and approach this transformation with pragmatism and humanism.

An intergenerational dynamic

The association also pays particular attention to the young HR generation, whom it wishes to highlight more in its future initiatives. These new profiles, bearers of renewed visions and practices, are actively participating in the transformation of the profession.

It acts in favour of a dialogue between experienced profiles and emerging talent, with the desire to integrate young professionals into its various projects. These new faces, often with a more digital, inclusive and agile vision of the HR function, bring a breath of fresh air to the community. By promoting this new generation, HRCommunity.lu is also paving the way for the future of the profession.

"We need this new energy, and HRCommunity.lu is giving them a space to express themselves. The next generation of HR professionals is already here, and it's invaluable," concludes Kristel Wiliquet.

Inspiring and anticipating HR developments

Through its stances, its publications and the diversity of its events, HRCommunity.lu actively contributes to the HR debate in Luxembourg. The association plays a driving role in disseminating ideas, identifying trends and anticipating the issues shaping the "Future of Work".

By combining expertise, diversity of viewpoints and local roots, HRCommunity.lu fuels HR thinking and innovation in Luxembourg. This dynamic is part of a clear desire to actively contribute to building a shared vision of the professional world.

Towards a more connected, but still human HR

Through its actions, HRCommunity.lu continues to chart an original course in the Luxembourg landscape: a community that is committed, agile and attentive to the major upheavals in the world of work, without ever losing sight of the human factor.
