How can organisations attract, develop and retain talent in a rapidly changing world of work? This question was at the heart of the latest Paperjam 10x6 – Future of Talent: Skills, Purpose, Impact, organised by the Paperjam Club on 7 July 2026 at Kinepolis Kirchberg.

A full house of HR leaders, executives and professionals from across industries gathered to hear ten experts share their insights, perspectives and practical experience on the major transformations reshaping talent management.

As organisations navigate the rise of generative artificial intelligence, ongoing recruitment challenges, evolving employee expectations and the growing need for upskilling and reskilling, the speakers explored the strategies that can help build more agile, engaged and future-ready teams.
