Federico Inciarte has been appointed head of business development at Embankment. He will work alongside co-founder Christian Fredslund to organise the group’s sales function and support the development of its Luxembourg office, as well as its expansion across Europe.

He joins Embankment after four and a half years at Aztec Group, where he was a member of the management team and most recently led business development in Luxembourg. Prior to that, he held senior roles at Sustainalytics, a Morningstar company, and Devlhon Consulting in Paris.

His career also includes around ten years in private banking and wealth management in Latin America and Switzerland, during which he rose to senior management positions.

At Embankment, he will help develop the digital platform – which is data-driven and utilises artificial intelligence – dedicated to the administration of alternative funds. Based in Luxembourg and authorised by the CSSF, Embankment is a service provider specialising in the administration of alternative funds, which relies on a digital approach and process automation to modernise asset managers’ operations.
