Recruitment platform Moovijob.com in 2024 launched the “degree of attractiveness” indicator to measure the attractiveness of employer brands. Following the 15th edition of Moovijob Day, an initial ranking of the most attractive companies for candidates has been drawn up.

In a job market where supply and demand face each other, companies are becoming aware of the importance of their employer brand in attracting the best talent. It was with this in mind that the “degree of attractiveness” was born, a tool that has become essential for human resources professionals.

This new indicator assesses companies on three major criteria: stand aesthetics, which measures the warm appearance, decoration, colours and animations, to attract visitors; clarity of message, to check how easily the company’s activities, sectors, businesses and projects are understood; and finally, the welcome and ability to exchange ideas of those present, key elements in arousing interest.

Anonymous visitors evaluated these criteria during Moovijob Day Luxembourg, where 160 companies were present and 15,000 participants were able to exchange ideas. At the top of the first edition of this ranking, Fanuc Europe Corporation dominates with an impressive score of 4.60 out of 5. The industrial automation giant won over participants with its dynamic events, welcoming decor, clear message and friendly team. The Administration de la Navigation Aérienne came second with a score of 4.54, making the most of its control tower and effective communication. Abalone Luxembourg completes the podium with a score of 4.47, underlining its major role in temporary employment and human resources.
