EY Luxembourg welcomes Virginie Benitez as HR Director with effect from this Wednesday, the 1 July. This marks a return for this human resources specialist, who had previously held several roles within the firm before continuing her career at a major international law firm, notably in the United Arab Emirates and Luxembourg.

With over 25 years’ experience, including more than 20 in professional services, Virginie Benitez has worked with senior management teams in Europe, the Middle East and the Asia-Pacific region. Her career has focused in particular on HR strategy, talent development, international mobility, the recruitment of experienced professionals and large-scale training programmes.

At EY Luxembourg, her role will be to strengthen the firm’s capabilities and support its growth and transformation priorities. “We are delighted to welcome her back and to benefit from her wealth of experience,” said Alban Aubrée, country managing partner d’EY Luxembourg.
