The CNS has made it easier for non-residents of Luxembourg better manage their administrative information. In a statement from 1 April 2025, the institution announced that the launch of a page on MyGuichet.lu where you can update your data: .
The CNS is also now connected to the eIDAS system, a European ecosystem that enables individuals and businesses to do administrative procedure onlines in another European country using the authentication system recognised in their own country.
Thus, French border residents can now, for example, use digital solutions implemented in France such as “France identité” to access Myguichet.lu and other tools such as the Trade Register, the ECDF (financial data platform) or the public procurement portal.
The National Registry of Natural Persons (RNPP) concerns the data of residents and non-residents. The former can make their own corrections (and their information is, in principle, updated automatically when they for example move house). But the latter, if their situation changes (new address, new family situation, etc.), can now request the appropriate update online.
To do so, non-residents must have a LuxTrust electronic certificate and must electronically sign their update request.
