Jean-Marc Groelly has been the managing partner of NautaDutilh Avocats Luxembourg since 1 September. He succeeds Josée Weydert, who held the position from 2008.

has been the new managing partner of NautaDutilh Avocats Luxembourg since 1 September. He replaces , who held the position since 2008 and remains in charge of NautaDutilh Luxembourg’s banking & finance department, according to the law firm’s website.

Groelly specialises in international tax law, with particular expertise in the tax aspects of investment funds, private equity, real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), finance, restructuring and capital markets transactions. He joined NautaDutilh Avocats Luxembourg 18 years ago and has been a tax partner for 16 years. Before joining the firm, he worked for Arthur Andersen and Clifford Chance, among others.
