Apex Fund and Corporate Products (formerly Sanne) has merged with and into Apex Fund Services, the firm told Paperjam. All Apex Luxembourg fund and corporate services are now part of a single entity: AFS.

Financial services provider Apex Group in August 2022 , a provider of alternative asset and corporate services, which then became Apex Fund and Corporate Products. After securing approval from the Luxembourg Financial Sector Supervisory Commission (CSSF), Apex Fund and Corporate Products S.A. (AFCP) on 30 September 2024 merged with and into Apex Fund Services S.A. (AFS), the firm told Paperjam.

Apex Corporate Services S.A. was consolidated into Apex Fund Services in 2023, making this transaction the last step in consolidating all Apex Luxembourg fund and corporate services into a single entity: AFS.

“Merging ACS and AFCP with and into AFS is an important step towards rationalising the Apex group activities in Luxembourg and greatly enhances our ability to provide quality services to our clients,” an Apex spokesperson told Paperjam on 30 October 2024. The rep said that AFS now has over 500 employees in the grand duchy providing fund administration, corporate administration, depositary, capital markets and tax & regulatory services.

Joerg Oster and Roberta Robustelli from Apex Fund and Corporate Products will join John Grosso, Laurent Timmermans and CEO Frank de Wit in the executive management committee of AFS. The board of AFS includes chairperson Frederic Bilas, David Hagen, and executive director Frank de Wit.
