Healthy eating entrepreneur Anne Harles is adding a new activity to Alavita by taking over Stéphanie Lamberty's zero-waste drive, Kilogram.lu.

"Kilogram.lu has shown that it is possible to consume better while supporting the local economy. I'm delighted to be continuing this adventure and making my contribution to such an inspiring project." Always hungry for new adventures, is taking over Kilogram.lu, the zero-waste drive that aims to revolutionise local and sustainable shopping.

The innovative platform, which is now 100% online, was created in 2022 by Stéphanie Lamberty, a former project manager and process optimisation consultant in the finance sector. Today, it offers local, virtuous products in an approach designed to "minimise the ecological footprint while promoting local producers".

In addition to Alavita, the entrepreneur has already set up a number of partnerships, including the return of Alavita Kitchen in Bonnevoie and the Côtes et Carrés butchers with Anne Kaiffer in Heiderscheid (Esch-sur-Sûre) and Colmar-Berg.
