Services With a strong global network, we help clients achieve their objectives by resolving their most challenging transactions: • Capital Markets and Banking: providing asset and real estate finance, structured finance, fund finance, debt capital markets transactions (incl. digital securities), listings, securitisation/repackagings, ESG/climate change work, securities financing and derivatives products, settlement, clearing and collateral management, R&I, financial regulation (incl. M&A and internal reorganisations as well as governance and client related products); • Corporate/M&A: covering the full spectrum of corporate work advising buyers, sellers, as well as the world’s leading private equity houses and financial sponsors on their complex, high-profile and cross border transactions. We also assist with the setup of products that include retail investors, such as UCITS platforms and ELTIFs.
