Services With a strong global network, we help clients achieve their objectives by resolving their most challenging transactions: • Capital Markets and Banking: providing asset and real estate finance, structured finance, fund finance, debt capital markets transactions (incl. digital securities), listings, securitisation/repackagings, ESG/climate change work, securities financing and derivatives products, settlement, clearing and collateral management, R&I, financial regulation (incl. M&A and internal reorganisations as well as governance and client related products); • Corporate/M&A: covering the full spectrum of corporate work advising buyers, sellers, as well as the world’s leading private equity houses and financial sponsors on their complex, high-profile and cross border transactions. Our key areas of focus include private M&A transactions, joint ventures, private equity structuring, disposals, corporate restructurings, IPOs, public takeovers and corporate governance issues; • Investment Funds: advising clients active in the alternative investment space, incl. those involved in real estate, private equity, debt, and infrastructure. We also assist with the setup of products that include retail investors, such as UCITS platforms and ELTIFs. In addition to our sponsor practice, we represent a wide range of investors and have a strong regulatory practice; • Tax: handling multifaceted cross-border transactional and advisory tax matters, private equity, fund structuring (in private equity, real estate, infrastructure and private debt), M&A, joint ventures, real estate and restructuring; • Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations: managing complex finance, corporate and commercial litigation, R&I, international arbitration (incl. the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards), investigations, and white-collar crime; • Intellectual Property and Technology, Media, Telecommunications (TMT): specialising in tech, data, commercial and sectoral regulatory issues, incl. complex and multi-jurisdictional IT (outsourcing) and AI projects; • Employment: providing strategic advisory services, tailored solutions for both contentious and non contentious matters, corporate restructuring involving employees, employee benefits and remuneration issues, and cross-border employment challenges; • Real Estate: offering expertise from global and local specialists in M&A, real estate investment and development, finance, tax and real estate funds, derivatives, structured finance, letting, environment, and planning.
