Maxime is a counsel in the Luxembourg corporate group.  He advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters, with a particular expertise in private M&A, joint ventures and group restructuring. He has experience on working on the sale or acquisition of regulated businesses in Luxembourg. Maxime gained specific expertise in advising financial sponsors on all Luxembourg corporate aspects, including initial investment, structuring, exit and portfolio assistance. 
He regularly advises clients on complex cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters. 
Maxime also recently advised on the set-up of SPACs, their listing on a regulated market and business combinations with targets of different industries (de-SPAC transactions).
