Pénélope Figueira, who holds a master's degree in marketing from London, joined skeeled in 2018 as a Customer Success Specialist, managing more than 80 customers in Luxembourg in various sectors. In 2020, she moved into a consultancy role, supporting companies in optimising their processes and implementing the tool. 

Since 2023, Pénélope has held the position of Chief of Staff, working closely with the CEO to orchestrate day-to-day operations and strategic projects.
