Jeff Mouton is a Luxembourg national, and has been active in the Luxembourg Financial Centre for the past 30 years.
After first employments as investment fund analyst for the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, and as a project coordinator for UBS Fund Services, he started working for and with External Asset Managers since their first emergence in Luxembourg at the turn of the millennium. 
He created and developed the European EAM platform for Pictet from 2000 until 2019, and then joined Bank Julius Baer Europe S.A in the same function. He also was the initiator and chairperson of the working group of the Luxembourg Banking Association (ABBL) for EAM, and recently joined the Private Banking Group Luxembourg.
In 2021 Jeff was appointed as CEO Europe for Mirabaud & Cie (Europe) S.A, and he is supervising the banks Wealth Management activities in Luxembourg as well as the French, UK and Spanish branches. 
Through his positions with Luxembourg banks within Swiss groups and his role in the ABBL, Jeff has been working at the junction between the two main European cross-border financial centres for the last decades, and developed in depth knowledge of the positioning of Lux within the UE and in consideration of CH interests and CH based stakeholders.
