Brasserie Guillaume is the unchanging city centre landmark created 25 years ago by Charles Munchen. Here, continuity is the watchword, and the spirit is unchanged: the same décor (apart from the fire in 2018 which forced a renovation), the same menu, the same staff. On 10 October this year, the restaurant celebrated its 25th anniversary on the Place Guillaume, and the loyalty of its customers proves that the gamble has paid off.
