Holder of a Master’s degree in Hotel Management, I have gained significant experience in the luxury hospitality sector, where I held positions in both Sales and Event Management.

Since June 2017, I have been working as Sales & Marketing Manager at the European Convention Center Luxembourg (ECCL), an iconic venue in Luxembourg’s MICE industry.

My role encompasses a wide range of strategic responsibilities, including client acquisition, proposal management, customer relations, as well as communications and marketing, to enhance ECCL’s visibility both nationally and internationally.

Passionate about the events industry and driven by a strong high-end service culture, I strive to deliver tailor-made client experiences by combining commercial performance with operational excellence.

Titulaire d’un Master en Management Hôtelier, je dispose d’une expérience significative dans l’hôtellerie de luxe, où j’ai occupé des fonctions à la fois en Sales et en Event Management.
Depuis juin 2017, j’évolue en tant que Sales & Marketing Manager au sein de l’European Convention Center Luxembourg (ECCL), un lieu emblématique du secteur MICE à Luxembourg.
Mon rôle couvre un large éventail de responsabilités stratégiques : démarchage commercial, gestion des offres, relation client, mais aussi communication et marketing pour valoriser l’ECCL et renforcer sa visibilité sur la scène nationale et internationale.
Passionnée par l’univers des événements et guidée par une culture du service haut de gamme, je m’attache à créer des expériences clients sur mesure, en alliant performance commerciale et excellence opérationnelle.
