He advises mainly key players in financial services, but has also advised global players in healthcare, and energy across Europe, with a strong focus on growth strategy, M&A deal design, target operating models, digital transformation.

Throughout his career, Mehdi has supported company board and leaders on high-impact initiatives ranging from target operating model design and M&A readiness to the adoption of AI and data-driven technologies. His work bridges strategic vision with operational execution, enabling clients to unlock synergies, manage risk, and drive innovation.

Mehdi is former top athlete in Judo, former France national team member, holds a Master degree from emlyon business school and Tunghai University in Taiwan. Fluent in French, English, Spanish, and Arabic, he brings a multicultural and agile leadership style to the challenges of today’s fast-evolving financial landscape.
