After a career spanning almost 10 years, first in recruitment and then in auditing, with a major Paris-based firm, Romain Tisné left his position as Head of Compliance & Controls with an insurance company in 2017 to set up his own business and put all his expertise at the service of his clients. Since 2018, Romain and his team have been working with local and international companies on all HR issues. He is certified in organisation coaching by HEC Paris and specialises in SoftSkills coaching for local managers, experts and project teams.

Nach einer fast 10-jährigen Karriere in der Personalbeschaffung und später in der Wirtschaftsprüfung bei einer großen Anwaltskanzlei hat Romain Tisné 2017 seine Funktion als Head of Compliance & Controls bei einer Versicherungsgesellschaft aufgegeben, um sich als Unternehmer selbstständig zu machen und so seine gesamte Expertise in den Dienst seiner Kunden zu stellen. Seit 2018 begleitet Romain mit seinem Team lokale und internationale Unternehmen bei allen HR-Themen. Er ist von der HEC Paris in Organisationscoaching zertifiziert und hat sich auf die SoftSkills-Begleitung von Nahbereichsmanagern, Experten und Projektteams spezialisiert.

Après une carrière de près de 10 ans, en recrutement, puis en audit, au sein d’un grand cabinet de la Place, Romain Tisné a quitté en 2017 ses fonctions de Head of compliance & controls au sein d’une compagnie d’assurances pour se lancer dans l’entrepreneuriat, et ainsi mettre au service de ses clients l’ensemble de ses expertises. Depuis 2018, Romain accompagne, avec son équipe, des sociétés locales et internationales sur toutes les problématiques RH. Il est certifié en coaching d’organisation par HEC Paris et s’est spécialisé dans l’accompagnement SoftSkills de managers de proximité, d’experts et d’équipes-projets.
