Virginie Liebermann, Counsel, joined MOLITOR in 2007 and has headed MOLITOR's IP, IT & Media practice group since 2017. For ten years she has developed her professional activity mainly within the area of IP, IT & Media and Employment law. Virginie provides both litigation and advisory services to clients from various sectors. Her work includes advice on information technology, data protection, advertising law and intellectual property law. She has extensive experience in distribution networks, restrictive commercial and unfair competition practices and business authorisations. Virginie is Avocat à la Cour and was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2008. She holds a Masters in Business Law from Strasbourg University, is a member of the Global Advertising Lawyer Alliance and a Board Member of the Association of the Information Society Professionals.
