Steve Bernat is Co-founder and Group Executive of ONE group solutions, a role he has held since 2019. With over 25 years of experience in the asset management industry, he previously served as CEO of Carne Group and General Manager of Lemanik Asset Management’s Dublin branch. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Citi, including Head of Fund Services Product and Vice President in Client Sales. Steve brings deep expertise in fund administration, UCITS, AIFMD, risk management, and corporate governance.
