Always a fervent fighter against all forms of injustice, discrimination and harassment, Roberto Mendolia was recruited very early in his career by ALEBA as a staff representative (2003), then Vice-Chairman (2016) and Chairman since 2019.
Although his engineering studies were destined for a purely technical career (IT - Project Management since 1999), the social side won out at the dawn of 2019 and he will devote himself exclusively to the employees' cause.

Sein Ingenieurstudium hatte ihn jedoch für eine rein technische Karriere vorgesehen (IT - Projektmanagement seit 1999), doch die soziale Seite siegte mit Beginn des Jahres 2019, sodass er sich ausschließlich der Sache der Arbeitnehmer widmete.
