Claude Feyereisen joined MOLITOR in June 2018 and he is Counsel in MOLITOR’s Corporate & M&A department. Claude has a total of 17 years experience in the legal profession in Luxembourg. He advises local and international clients on all aspects of corporate and commercial law. Claude’s Corporate & M&A experience encompasses, among others, acquisition of notably German and Luxembourg real estate, share deals, joint ventures and business partnerships, restructuring of large groups of companies, structuring of investment vehicles, coordination and re-organisation for directorship and employment status. Claude joined MOLITOR from a major international law firm based in Luxembourg. He is Avocat à la Cour and has been a Member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2002. Claude studied law at the University of Strasbourg and he has a DESS from the CEIPI Strasbourg.
