Serge Linckels is head of the Digital Learning Hub and 42Luxembourg. The Digital Learning Hub offers highly specialised IT training with no pre-requisites. 42Luxembourg is a coding school open to everyone and free of charge. 42Luxembourg is part of the network of 42 schools. 

Serge has 22 years' experience as a teacher-engineer at the Lycée Guillaume Kroll and as an associate lecturer at the University of Luxembourg. He holds an engineering degree and a doctorate in Internet technologies and systems from the Hasso-Plattner-Institut (HPI). His research covered the field of semantics, a sub-field of artificial intelligence. 30 scientific publications bear his name. He is the author of 3 books and a keen lecturer. Serge holds a 5th dan black belt in Taekwondo.
