A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure d'Ingénieurs des Travaux de la Construction in Metz, Stève Parache began his career in construction management for the FAYAT group in 2011, followed by CBL and CDCL in 2014 and 2016. At the same time, he developed his passion for real estate and specialised in rental investment. In 2021, he decided to set up 2 commercial companies in Luxembourg: - IMMERSIOO, a service company promoting all types of property assets using innovative media such as enhanced virtual tours - and EPL, a construction company specialising in cladding, roofing, insulation and renovation. Both companies serve developers, architects, general contractors and private individuals in Luxembourg and the Greater Region. It would be a pleasure to help you with your projects!

Les deux sociétés sont au service des Promoteurs, Architectes, Entreprises Générales et Particuliers, au Luxembourg et dans la Grande Région.
