Assess and respond to the needs of clients and candidate assignments for different roles within International Banking and Investments. Playing an active role formulating the right job opportunity for a client and in coaching and supporting of candidates to obtain a new career. Proactively contribute to the attraction of (new) candidates and clients for the specific team and a broader perspective. Responsible for several accounts and build and manage relationships within the international portfolio of candidates and clients.
