Joanna joined the LuxCMA in February 2020 after more than 18 years of professional experience in private equity and capital markets structures in the legal departments of well-known corporate service providers in Luxembourg. 
Multilingual, enthusiastic and open-minded, she has a dynamic and motivated personality. Through the various positions she has held, she has developed strong technical and analytical skills in Luxembourg corporate and securitisation law, as well as in the regulatory and compliance environment. 
Today, she works closely with key industry players on a daily basis and has an extensive network of capital markets professionals. She is also heavily involved in marketing and event organisation, demonstrating her organisational skills, team spirit and ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.
