Tristan Mackie serves as the Senior General Manager for Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, and Luxembourg at Yesss Group, a prominent electrical distributor with a strong presence across Europe. He embarked on his professional journey in the family business at the young age of 19, and by 24, he was already managing key accounts in the UK and France, achieving an impressive 13-fold increase in turnover over the course of 5 years. Tristan is passionate about revitalising underperforming divisions and has done so with Italy and Luxembourg, successfully bringing them back to breakeven and into profit. His leadership and entrepreneurial spirit earned him recognition as a finalist for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2025.
