Kimberly Cardoso is Chief People and Governance Officer and a member of the Authorized Management of Banco Bradesco Europa S.A.
She holds a master’s degree in business law from Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne University and began her career at Clifford Chance Luxembourg, where she worked in Legal and Knowledge Management. She joined Banco Bradesco Europa S.A. in 2018 as Human Resources, Governance and Facilities Manager and was promoted to Authorized Manager in November 2024.
In her current role, Kimberly oversees the People, Culture and Performance Department, Corporate Governance, Third Party Management, and Business Support functions. She has been a member of the ABBL Social Affairs Committee since 2024 and joined the ABBL Governance Committee in 2025.
