Jose Campinho is a seasoned media executive with 18 years of management experience, from startups to large multinationals. In September 2025, he joined Paperjam as Chief Growth and Strategy Officer, driving revenue growth across all business units and ensuring alignment with strategic goals and long-term profitability.

Entrepreneur since 2015, José Campinho is also publisher of the Business Magazine Decisão and a member of the Portuguese Diaspora Council, founded with the high patronage of the President of the Portuguese Republic. 

He holds 3 master’s degrees in Management, Finance and Marketing, from IE Business School, Nova SBE and Solvay School of Management and a post graduation in Data analytics. He is fluent in six languages.
