Anne Catherine started her career as tax advisor in EY in Luxembourg and New York before transitioning into a Senior Tax Advisor position in the law firm Arendt. Her tenure at Arendt Services and later at Ocorian not only strengthened her reputation as a trusted advisor in corporate governance and compliance but also reflected her entrepreneurial spirit, having played a key role in the early development and structuring of both businesses in Luxembourg. Over the years, she held several senior leadership positions, including Country Head of Crestbridge and Partner at Deloitte.  She holds a Master Degrees in Economics and in International & European law as well as Post Graduate diplomas in Political Sciences and in International Business Law. She is also a Certified International Control Specialist and holds a Risk Management certification.
