He has led L&D functions at NATO and Goodyear, managing performance cycles and training strategies for teams of up to 1500 people. Before that, he spent 7 years managing HR in some of the most demanding hospitality environments in the world — ships operating around the clock, across cultures and time zones.
Today he works with medium-size companies in Luxembourg that have real people development needs but no structured system to address them. He helps managers and directors build that system: from training strategy and performance management to manager development and capability building.

Il a dirigé les fonctions L&D chez NATO et Goodyear, gérant performance et formation pour des équipes jusqu'à 1500 personnes. Auparavant, 7 ans dans certains des environnements hôteliers les plus exigeants au monde —des navires opérant 24h/24, à travers cultures et fuseaux horaires.
Il travaille aujourd'hui avec des entreprises de taille moyenne au Luxembourg qui ont de réels besoins en développement mais aucun système structuré pour y répondre. Il aide managers et directeurs à construire ce système : stratégie de formation, gestion de la performance et développement managérial.

Er hat L&D-Bereiche bei NATO und Goodyear geleitet und dabei Teams von bis zu 1500 Personen in Performance und Training begleitet. Davor war er 7 Jahre in der Hotellerie tätig — auf Schiffen im 24/7-Betrieb, in multikulturellen Teams und über viele Zeitzonen hinweg.
Heute arbeitet er mit mittelgroßen Unternehmen in Luxemburg, die klaren Entwicklungsbedarf haben, aber kein strukturiertes System dafür. Er hilft Managern und Führungskräften, dieses System aufzubauen: von der Trainingsstrategie über Performance Management bis zur Führungskräfteentwicklung.
