Sarah Stein is heading the Transaction Services team of the Equity Investments Department at the European Investment Fund. Prior to that she has been leading the EIF private equity funds investment activity in the German-speaking regions where she had been responsible for making and monitoring primary investments in the buyout, growth and hybrid debt-equity segments. Sarah is an Advisory Board member of multiple European private equity funds.
Sarah joined the EIF in 2013 from the Corporate Finance team of Deloitte. She holds a Master's degree in International Management from the LSE and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the Warwick Business School. As part of her studies, she spent time at Bocconi University and at the Chicago Booth School of Business.
