I am an Account Manager in the IT sector at Ainos (POST Group). We are structured around six Business Units: Bizapps D365 (CRM), Bizapps ERP (Business Central & Odoo), Data & BI, Development, Testing & QA, and the Ainos Learning Hub.

In my role, I commercialize these solutions while also acting as Training Ambassador. I lead the Ainos Learning Hub, where I coordinate and develop IT training programs. Our trainings are designed for a wide audience, ranging from end users to technical profiles and decision-makers. They are tailored to the specific challenges of each organization. We also organize official trainings (Microsoft, ITIL, etc.).

With a versatile background in HR, sales, marketing, and communication, I have strong adaptability and excellent interpersonal skills.

Je suis Account Manager dans le secteur de l’IT au sein d’Ainos (groupe POST), nous sommes structuré autour de 6 BU: Bizapps D365 (CRM), Bizapps ERP (Business Central & Odoo), Data & BI, Development, Testing & QA, ainsi que le Ainos Learning Hub.
Dans mon rôle, je commercialise ces solutions tout en occupant la fonction de Training Ambassador. Je pilote le Ainos Learning Hub, où je coordonne et développe des programmes de formation IT. Nos formations s’adressent à un public varié, allant des utilisateurs finaux, aux profils techniques jusqu'aux décideurs. Elles s’adaptent aux enjeux spécifiques de chaque organisation. Nous organisons également toutes les formations officielles (Microsoft, ITIL, etc.).
Forte d’un parcours polyvalent (RH, commercial, marketing, communication), j'ai une forte capacité d’adaptation et un sens du relationnel.

Ich bin Account Managerin im IT-Bereich bei Ainos (POST Group). Das Unternehmen ist in sechs Business Units organisiert: Bizapps D365 (CRM), ERP (Business Central & Odoo), Data/BI, Development, Testing/QA sowie den ALH.
In meiner Rolle vermarkte ich diese Lösungen und übernehme gleichzeitig die Funktion der Training Ambassador. Ich leite den ALH, in dem ich IT-Schulungsprogramme koordiniere und weiterentwickle. Unsere Schulungen richten sich an ein breites Publikum – von Endanwendern über technische Profile bis hin zu Entscheidungsträgern. Sie sind auf die spezifischen Anforderungen jeder Organisation zugeschnitten. Zudem organisieren wir offizielle Trainings (MS, ITIL...).
Dank meines vielseitigen Werdegangs in HR, Vertrieb, Marketing und Kommunikation verfüge ich über eine hohe Anpassungsfähigkeit und ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz.
