Daniel Stoica is a Romanian born tech entrepreneur and the Founder and CEO of Skillbourg by RMT Labs, the Luxembourg based EU Talent Intelligence Platform. He has spent years connecting high growth companies with the specialised talent they need.

With Skillbourg, Daniel brings a practical builder’s mindset to recruitment, and he is here to revolutionise the market as we know it. He wants to move hiring away from the “black box” by using technology to bring out people’s real skills and potential. For Daniel, AI should protect the human side of hiring, not replace it. It takes on the admin work so leaders can focus on building strong teams. His goal is to make the global labour market more transparent, efficient and fair for talent everywhere.
