Graduate of HEC Montréal and ESCP Europe with a Master’s in Finance, Sébastien Koren began his career in M&A at Rothschild & Cie and BNP Paribas, advising on complex cross-border transactions. He later founded ALTALEO, a Franco-German business center supporting companies that establish and grow in France and Germany. Based in Luxembourg, he also develops ALPSTON, through which he supports selected companies with independent directorship and governance mandates in Luxembourg. His structures also assist international companies with market-entry and employee-posting formalities in France, Germany and Luxembourg.

Sébastien Koren ist Absolvent von HEC Montréal und ESCP Europe mit einem Master in Finance.
