Roland Jost is CEO of JOST, a family-owned transport and logistics group. He took over the management of the family business in 1986, following the death of his father, Nicolaus Jost, who founded the company in 1956. Under his leadership, JOST expanded significantly across Europe, developing activities in road transport, logistics, as well as air and sea freight. He played a key role in structuring the group under the JOST Group brand and in its international expansion. The group has also maintained a significant administrative base in Luxembourg since establishing its Weiswampach operations in 2004.

Il reprend la direction de l’entreprise familiale en 1986, à la suite du décès de son père Nicolaus Jost, fondateur du groupe en 1956. Sous sa direction, JOST connaît une importante expansion en Europe, avec le développement d’activités dans le transport routier, la logistique ainsi que le fret aérien et maritime. Il contribue notamment à la structuration du groupe sous la marque JOST Group et à son développement international. Implanté au Luxembourg depuis 2004, le groupe y a également établi un important pôle administratif à Weiswampach.
