Vittoria specialises in the structuring, setting up, and registration of Luxembourg regulated (SIFs, SICARs, UCITS and Part II funds) and unregulated (limited partnerships and RAIFs) investment funds investing across a variety of asset classes such as private equity, debt/credit, real estate and infrastructure.
She advises alternative investment fund managers and fund management companies on their establishment and licensing, as well as on their ongoing regulatory obligations and cross-border issues. Vittoria also advises sponsors, funds and fund service providers on complex regulatory issues.
