Isa Scheunpflug is Chief Operating Officer of BIL since 1 June 2025. She is a member of the Executive Committee.
Before joining BIL, Isa Scheunpflug was Group Head Automation Office at UBS in Zurich, where she led global efforts to streamline operations, bridge strategy with delivery, and enhance the client experience through smart process innovation. 
Her career spans a broad range of functions, from strategy and sales to risk, operations and IT, giving her a holistic, front-to-back expertise of how a bank runs. She brings deep expertise across banking operations in both Asia and Europe, and her knowledge of wealth and asset management, combined with a strong understanding of the day-to-day needs of teams will play a key role in supporting BIL’s 2025–2030 strategy.
