Enkela joined Alter Domus in December 2021 as Director, Sales & Relationship Management. Enkela brings with her 25 years of experience in the financial services with extensive knowledge of Luxembourg investment fund structures. Enkela serves as Board member of several Luxembourg companies.

Prior to joining Alter Domus, Enkela spent 9 years working with State Street Bank Luxembourg as Vice President, Relationship Manager. Prior to this Enkela worked 12 years for JPMorgan Bank Luxembourg having several roles such as Client service Manager, Fund accounting Manager, Leader of best Practice of Global JPMorgan Expenses project. In 2015 she received an award for Leadership Excellence in client services from one of the biggest clients of JPMorgan.
Before she arrived in Luxembourg, she was a Senior Lecture at the Economic University in Tirana.

Enkela has a Master’s in Management business administration from University of Tirana. 

Enkela speaks, Luxemburgish, English, French, Albanian and can understand German, Italian.
