I spent 18 years in asset management and asset servicing, most recently as Head of Compliance and Conducting Officer at firms including EQT Partners, Aberdeen Standard, and KPMG.

I know the pressure this industry runs on: the packed calendars, the long commutes, the sense that your own health is the first thing to get cut.

I also never stopped training through any of it.

That's what Baseline is built on. I coach senior financial services professionals who used to be fit, active people and lost that version of themselves under the weight of the job. Not a comeback story. A way to protect and expand your capacity while the demands stay high.

I did your job for 18 years. I never stopped training. Now I help people restart.
