Stéphane Berchem is the CEO of Groupe FA/BER, active in moving, logistics, and real estate in Luxembourg.

Since 2017, he has been leading Déménagements Faber, a company founded more than 50 years ago, which he has transformed into a modern, fast-growing player offering comprehensive relocation and logistics services for both public institutions and private or corporate clients.
In 2020, the creation of SB Immobilière marked the launch of Groupe FA/BER, the only Luxembourg-based group providing an integrated solution that combines real estate with moving and logistics. 

He also serves as President of FEDELUX (Luxembourg Federation of Movers), where he advocates for digitalization, training, and greater recognition of the industry.

Als Präsident der FEDELUX (Fédération luxembourgeoise des déménageurs) setzt er sich für Digitalisierung, Ausbildung und die Anerkennung der Branche ein.

Depuis 2017, il dirige Déménagements Faber, entreprise fondée il y a plus de 50 ans, qu’il a transformée en un acteur moderne et en pleine croissance, offrant des services complets de relogement et de logistique, tant pour des institutions publiques que pour des clients privés et entreprises. 
En 2020, la création de SB Concept marque le lancement de "Groupe FA/BER", proposant une solution intégrée combinant immobilier et logistique en déménagements.

Il occupe la présidence de la FEDELUX (Fédération luxembourgeoise des déménageurs), où il œuvre pour la digitalisation, la formation et la reconnaissance du secteur. Il est aussi membre de Jonk Handwierk.
