British by birth,  Canadian (Québec/Montréal) by culture. Started off my journalistic journey as a chase producer at TVOntario, then as an investigative researcher and producer at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation doing a consumer show then network investigative work. Moved to Luxembourg to accompany my wife to a posting in Luxembourg. Supposed to be two years, we ended up staying for various reasons. I've worked at many of the English language news organisations present here since, including MLex markets & law, Dow Jones Newswires, New Media Lux/Business Review, RTL Today, Investment Officer and now PaperJam.  I'm now the father of two, a football-mad son and rising swimmer daughter.
