Marco Ghirardello has over 30 years of experience in industrial automation at FANUC. He joined the company as a service engineer in Italy in 1994. His experience took him through technical roles, sales, and finally general management. He ran FANUC Turkey from 2012, then FANUC Italy from 2014. In 2021, he joined the European Factory Automation business as Senior Vice-president. He runs FANUC Europe as President and CEO since July 2023, generating more than €1 billion in revenue and overseeing more than 2,000 employees across 21 European countries.
