Lapo Civiletti is President of Ferrero Ice Cream and WK Kellogg Co. and Vice President of Ferrero International S.A. He joined the Ferrero Group in 2004 and has held a succession of senior leadership positions across the business. In September 2017, he became the first non-family member to be appointed CEO of Ferrero Group, a position he held until September 2026. During his tenure, he led the Group’s operations and supported its continued international growth. His career at Ferrero reflects a long-standing contribution to the company’s development, combining broad business experience with a deep knowledge of the Group and its global operations.
