Lisa Pataki joined SES as the Chief Financial Officer in June 2025 and is responsible for SES’s financial operations globally.
With over 20 years of multi-industry experience in corporate finance spanning aerospace and defence, semiconductor and electronics, Lisa brings a strong track record of business integration, transformation, corporate governance, and progressive financial strategy. Before joining SES, Lisa held leadership roles within several multi-national companies based in the US, France, and Switzerland, including Raytheon, EF Education First, and Aerojet Rocketdyne. Additionally, she held the Group CFO position for Swiss- listed company, Comet Group. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Spanish from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. She also holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Lisa is a US national.
