Annick Winandy has been CFO of Joint Allocation Office (JAO) since April 1, 2026. She brings extensive international experience in finance and leadership roles across the energy and commodities sectors. She most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of a Geneva-based commodity trading and farming company, following several years in transaction advisory, where she supported organisations operating in complex international environments.
In her role as CFO, Annick oversees JAO’s financial strategy and governance, supporting the company’s continued development as a trusted facilitator of efficient, transparent and secure European electricity markets.
