Annick Winandy is Chief Financial Officer and member of the Management Board at JAO, based in Luxembourg. She joined JAO in April 2026, after a distinguished international career in transaction advisory and financial leadership, most recently as CFO of a Geneva-based commodity trading and farming company. 

She oversees Finance and corporate governance at JAO, ensuring transparency, sustainable resource management and robust financial foundations. Annick strengthens JAO’s trusted marketplace, supporting fair, reliable and integrated European electricity markets.
