Carlos Rodríguez is a Counsel in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach.

He specialises in alternative investment funds, and advises clients on all legal and regulatory aspects of the structuring, formation, marketing and ongoing operations of regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds pursuing a range of investment strategies, including debt and private equity.

He also advises fund sponsors on a wide range of issues, including the creation of solutions to activate private wealth channels, investments, governance, compliance and co-investments.
