A member of the Paris and Luxembourg Bars, Aurélie Dardenne mainly practises in commercial and corporate law at Brucher Thieltgen & Partners. She advises clients on shareholder disputes, commercial litigation, and banking and financial matters. She holds a PhD in Business Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and combines legal practice with academic research. Following experience with several European institutions, she now teaches at the University of Lorraine and is the author of around one hundred publications in corporate law, financial law and contract law. She is also a member of the committee responsible for modernising the Luxembourg Civil Code.

Après une expérience auprès de plusieurs institutions européennes, elle enseigne aujourd’hui à l’Université de Lorraine et est l’auteure d’une centaine de publications en droit des sociétés, droit financier et droit des contrats. Elle est également membre du comité de modernisation du Code civil luxembourgeois.

Aurélie Dardenne ist als Rechtsanwältin in Paris und Luxemburg zugelassen und bei Brucher Thieltgen & Partners hauptsächlich im Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht tätig. Sie berät ihre Mandanten bei Gesellschafterstreitigkeiten, handelsrechtlichen Rechtsstreitigkeiten sowie bank- und finanzrechtlichen Fragestellungen. Sie promovierte im Wirtschaftsrecht an der Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas und verbindet anwaltliche Praxis mit wissenschaftlicher Forschung. Nach Tätigkeiten bei mehreren europäischen Institutionen lehrt sie heute an der Universität Lothringen und ist Autorin von rund hundert Veröffentlichungen im Gesellschaftsrecht, Finanzrecht und Vertragsrecht. Zudem ist sie Mitglied des Ausschusses zur Modernisierung des luxemburgischen Zivilgesetzbuchs.
