Magedeline Mounir is a Counsel in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice of Arendt & Medernach. She specialises in civil and commercial law, advising domestic and international clients with a focus on commercial, corporate and financial disputes. She assists clients at all stages of a dispute, including pre-litigation actions, court proceedings, enforcement and settlement. Magedeline also advises and assists clients on matters and proceedings related to insolvency and restructuring.
She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2017 and the Paris Bar since 2014 (non-practising).
