Xavier Mangeard is a Counsel in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach.

He advises domestic and international clients on the legal, regulatory and corporate aspects of the formation, development and restructuring of regulated investment funds and management entities.

Xavier joined the practice in 2017.

He has gained experience in a broad range of investment management work, including fund formation, fund restructuring and secondary transactions in fund interests, primarily in relation to UCITS products, along with private equity and real estate funds. Xavier also advises on a variety of regulatory issues, in particular in relation to compliance with the UCITS Directive, the Money Market Fund Regulation, the ESMA Guidelines on performance fees and the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive.
